BY AUGUST 2022: A REVIEW COULD ALREADY DESCRIBE A MOVING TARGET

Contents

FSNews revisited the aircraft on 3 August after accumulating flight time. It retained a strong recommendation, praised the modelling and operational detail, and reported stutters around demanding scenery and final approaches. The reviewer supplied PC and display conditions and disclosed the supplied copy. This is a dated experience, not a promise of identical performance on another machine. The review also described early display-font criticism as addressed. Here is a specific complaint changing status within months. An honest retrospective records the original objection and the later assessment: repeating only the complaint freezes the product in May; omitting it makes the development history appear smoother than it was. The simFlight account illustrates another distinction. It could admire extraordinary modelling while preferring less weathering and finding the preparation demanding. Those preferences are legitimate parts of a review even when no malfunction is alleged. A detailed simulation asks for time as well as computing power. Whether the preparation feels absorbing or laborious depends partly on what the owner wanted from the evening. [17, The cockpit; configuration and familiarisation discussion]
