LIGHTS, SIGNS AND CABIN SERVICING

Contents

Set lights and signs for the actual ground phase and coordinate the beacon with pushback and engine start. After landing, review the lighting changes for runway exit, taxi and the stand. A repeated switch flow is useful when it remains tied to the phase and the people working around the aircraft. [14, PDF p. 1012] [28, PDF pp. 3–4]

V3 models water and waste quantities as part of cabin servicing over time. Before another sector, inspect the service state and arrange required replenishment or waste service through the supported interface. Confirm the resulting quantities instead of assuming that a new flight plan has refreshed the aircraft's services. [43, PDF pp. 2–5] [11, Flight Attendant Panel chapter: water, waste and servicing]

Before moving into flight planning, reconcile power, position, pneumatic supply, fuel and cabin status. These establish the conditions on which the next entries depend. The MCDU preparation can then describe the aircraft actually at Frankfurt, with the loading and services intended for the sector to Heathrow.
